Il est mari\u00e9 et p\u00e8re de Mauro. De 1994 \u00e0 2001, il a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la m\u00e9decine (grande distinction) \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles (VUB). Il a suivi l'ann\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique 1997-1998 \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Libre de Lausanne (UNIL). De 2001 \u00e0 2004, il a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la m\u00e9decine dentaire (distinction), \u00e9galement \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles (VUB). Il s'est ensuite sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 pendant 4 ans en Stomatologie et Chirurgie Orale et Maxillo-Faciale (MKA) (dirig\u00e9e par le Prof. Dr. G. Wackens), pour lesquelles il a obtenu ses reconnaissances nationales en 2006 et 2008.<\/p><p>En 2008 et 2009, il a effectu\u00e9 des stages suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 Fribourg (D), Swansea (Royaume-Uni) et Anvers (dirig\u00e9s par le Prof. Dr. E. Fossion ) pour la Chirurgie Maxillo-Faciale endoscopique assist\u00e9e, orthognathique, reconstructive et oncologique, respectivement.<\/p><p>De 2009 \u00e0 2015, il a travaill\u00e9 chez AZ Zeno \u00e0 Knokke-Heist, Blankenberge et Maldegem. Il a acquis une grande exp\u00e9rience en chirurgie pr\u00e9proth\u00e9tique et implantaire.<\/p><p>Depuis le 1er avril 2015, Dr. Bj\u00f6rn De Neef travaille \u00e0 temps plein \u00e0 l\u2019AZ Audenarde en tant que chef de service du d\u00e9partement de Chirurgie Orale et Maxillo-Faciale. En novembre 2019, le service a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9largi avec 2 autres coll\u00e8gues Maxillo-faciaux: Dr. Thomas Declerck et Dr. Veerle Claeys.<\/p><p>Au cours de l'ann\u00e9e universitaire 2024-2025, le Dr Bj\u00f6rn De Neef a obtenu le <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drdeneef.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/EACMFS_CERTIFICATE_POSTGRADUATE-PROGRAMME-2024-IN-HEAD-AND-NECK-SURGERY_FACIAL-PLASTIC-SURGERY_DR-DE-NEEF-.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">titre postuniversitaire \"Chirurgien Plastique Facial\" d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par l'Association Europ\u00e9enne de Chirurgie Cranio-Maxillo-Faciale<\/a><\/span> et par un stage \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 de Floride, aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p><p>Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es maintenant, le Dr. Bj\u00f6rn De Neef est \u00e9galement ma\u00eetre de stage pour l'UZ de Gand et l'UZ de Bruxelles et guide ainsi les \u00e9tudiants et les assistants libres pendant leurs stages.
