atrophique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pose d'implants classiques en titane n'est pas un probl\u00e8me chez les patients dont l'os maxillaire est suffisant. Mais si la m\u00e2choire est s\u00e9v\u00e8rement atrophi\u00e9e , un ancrage solide des implants est impossible. L'atrophie osseuse extr\u00eame de la m\u00e2choire ( Cawood &amp; Howell Classe V \u00e0 VIII) n\u00e9cessite une solution alternative. AMSJI offre une <strong>alternative \u00e9l\u00e9gante aux greffes osseuses ou aux implants quadzygomatiques<\/strong> chez ces patients.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );background-color: #ffffff;font-size: 1rem\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cadskills.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>CADskills<\/u><\/a>&nbsp;propose une solution con\u00e7ue <strong>individuellement pour chaque patient<\/strong> , en commen\u00e7ant par un (CB)CT scan de la m\u00e2choire et la proth\u00e8se de num\u00e9risation en occlusion. L'AMSJI est <strong>imprim\u00e9 en 3D<\/strong> en biocompatible <strong>titane<\/strong>. De plus, une proth\u00e8se fixe temporaire imprim\u00e9e en 3D est incluse, qui est toujours plac\u00e9e imm\u00e9diatement. Il y a donc <strong>toujours \u201cl'imm\u00e9diatet\u00e9 mise en charge\u201c<\/strong> (la charge proth\u00e9tique imm\u00e9diate ) possible.<\/p>\n<p>La biofonctionnalisation pour une biocompatibilit\u00e9 optimale et l\u2019\u00e9chafaudage assurent une fixation secondaire, en plus de la fixation par vis primaire. Les vis sont plac\u00e9es l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l'os est de la meilleure qualit\u00e9 et ne se r\u00e9sorbe pas, \u00e0 savoir dans les arcades zygomatiques et dans le cadre de l\u2019ouverture piriforme.<\/p>\n<p>L'implant g\u00e9n\u00e9rique AMSJI est topologiquement optimis\u00e9 selon des normes pr\u00e9d\u00e9finies. Chaque implant est individuellement soumis \u00e0 une analyse par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis (FEA) pour garantir la r\u00e9sistance de l'AMSJI. Cela se traduit par la possibilit\u00e9 de supprimer des piliers si n\u00e9cessaire, pour d\u00e9jouer les infections et les p\u00e9ri-implantites. Le patient ne se retrouvera jamais dans une situation pire qu'avant l'implantation.<\/p>\n<p>L' AMSJI peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e <strong>sous anesth\u00e9sie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ou locale et prend moins de 2 heures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A partir de deux mois<\/strong> apr\u00e8s l'intervention, la proth\u00e8se fixe provisoire peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e par la suprastructure d\u00e9finitive .
